Our Story

We started Atlas because we believe recovery deserves better data, and clinicians deserve better tools.

Atlas did not start with a product. It started with a question - why does one of the most common forms of rehabilitation still rely on subjective observation and manual documentation?

We built Atlas to answer that question, and to give every clinician the tools to see their patients' recovery clearly, continuously, and objectively.

Our Journey

Our co-founder Jack underwent wrist surgery and spent months in physical therapy with no real way to know if he was actually getting better. No objective data. No measurable progress. Just sessions, and hope. Eventually, he gave up trying.

That experience planted a seed. When we started talking to clinicians, therapists, and patients, we realized Jack's story was not unique - it was the norm. Thousands of people abandon their recovery every year not because they lack the will. They lack the evidence that it is working, and the financial means to sustain it.

We founded Atlas because we believed that gap was unacceptable and that we had the tools, the team, and the drive to close it. That belief has not changed.
